"It's a Lifestyle"
born Feb 5, 1934 in Mobile, Alabama.
He was also know as “Hammer" or "Hammerin' Hank" or “Homerun King”. He was an American professional baseball right fielder in Major League Baseball, from 1954 through 1976. During his 23 yr career he became known as a great outfielder. But It was his 3771 hits and his 755 homeruns that made Hank one of the best baseball players of all time. But the Hall of Famer will be remembered for one swing above all others, the one that made him baseball’s home-run king on April 8, 1974. It was a title he would hold for more than 33 years, a period in which Aaron slowly but surely claimed his rightful place as one of America’s most iconic sporting figures, a true national treasure worthy of mention in the same breath with Ruth or Ali or Jordan. Hank Passed away January 21, 2021.
